Okay, real quick. For anyone who is in this program and decides to give me crap for writing this review, please feel free to comment below. For anyone who is just wondering if this is worth a shot, you’re in the right place.
I guess at the moment it is worth the shot if it’s being offered free to join, and people are saying that they are making $60 for not even putting in a penny. I know at the moment I’m writing this review, no one has mentioned anything about withdrawing money yet.
Anyone who has earned their $60 is just leaving it in since the option to take the money out is not quite set up yet. So if you can join for free, you might be wondering why am I bashing this program then?
Look, I’m not here to bash this program just for the heck of it, I’m just here to remind you to spend your money wisely, and don’t spend what you can’t afford to lose. Not all the matrices are free after all.
I’m just someone who has seen too many of these type of programs come and go. I’ve mentioned in my other reviews that there will always be new ones that will come out, similar to previous failed programs with different names.
What Is Phoenix Power Rising?
They call it the Fast Cycling 2 x 3 Matrix. I call it a program that’s going to disappear pretty fast, and this will not end well for some people.
Yes, I know the 2 x 3 Matrix sounds better, but just because it sounds good, doesn’t mean it’s a good program to join.
How Does Phoenix Power Rising Work?
It’s actually really interesting at the moment, people are promoting it as a free entry. Apparently someone (some say it’s the Admin) is paying people’s way in for a position, a cost of $120. Another term that you will hear about this action is Pay It Forward (PIF)
You will be entered in Level 1 in the 2 x 3 Matrix, when you cycle, your payout will be $300. From there you will be re-entered automatically in Level 1. Members can also purchase higher level positions, Level 2 is $500 and Level 3 is $2000.
Keep in mind, they pay for your way in for the $120, now if you go in and spend your own money for the $500 or $2000 level, you’re going in their at your own risk. Non of these cyclers/matrices are guaranteed, I repeat, this is not a guarantee that you will cycle and make that money back.
From the looks of this payout structure, I would be tempted to jump in too especially if I don’t need any out of pocket money to get started. Nah, I’m all good, I think it will be just a waste of time and a headache.
Can You Really Make Money With PPR?
Here’s the part that everyone really needs to understand when they get involved with something like this. People are posting screenshots of their back office that their account is growing, but no one has really taken out money yet.
So when the time comes that a payment processor has been set up, and members can start withdrawing money, that’s when you might be able to say that you can make money with PPR.
Remember it’s still a cycler, so that means not everyone will make money. When new money coming in starts to slow down, members will notice that the payment will slow down as well.
So will the excitement and you can definitely say that people who got in late won’t see a penny.

Wow, that’s an amazing list I might add. They wrote Legal Councel, so I’m just writing it as how they spelled it. They could have meant council or counsel, I’m assuming they meant counsel.
Let’s not drag this out any further, let me get straight to the point on why people should just stay away from this, and save yourself the embarrassment of bringing your friends and family in.
Why You Should Stay Away From Phoenix Power Rising
First off, the site looks cheap and looks like this program will last 3 months if your lucky. I’m not saying don’t join just because it looks cheap, I’m saying don’t join this program if you decide to put some hard earned money in.
If you decide to go to Level 2 for $500 or Level 3 for $2000, don’t say I didn’t warn you. People are asking in Facebook groups where the money is coming from to payout people, and no one had a straight answer.
Money that’s being used to payout will be the new money coming in, so when money stops coming in, the program dies. I’m sure you know what to call programs that require new money to payout the people ahead of you, right?
I’ve also noticed that there are a lot of new faces on Facebook joining these programs, it shows that a lot of them are still new to the game. I do see some members from the past cyclers who are still in the mix and I just shake my head.
I figured the way how cyclers got out of control back then, they would stay away, but who am I to judge. You can read about my past programs that I joined in my cycler era here, this is just a fraction of them.

Here’s one program where the person who created it just took off with people’s money as soon as she got a lot people to join, Unlimited Residual 247.
What really makes it worst is when people believe that this is their way out of struggling financially, and they end up being consumed by the program. They volunteer to be the Admin of the group that’s created for the program, and help promote it daily.
As soon as the owner of the program takes off and disappears, the Admin who became the face of the program gets all the heat. I’ve seen it happen time and time again before, and it’s still happening till this day.
Final Thoughts
Don’t waste your time and money just to continue taking chances hoping for it to be the one. Start something that you can have long term and it’s something you can be proud about.
